This "post" is an update to the review I wrote earlier. Wow - so glad Sandi strongly suggested we look at the home we purchased. At first we thought that paying HOA fees wasn’t worth it. Boy was I wrong. It is so nice to have the yard taken care of from mowing, weed eating, watering and even leaf removal. The neighbors and neighbor hood is quiet and friendly. Best decision ever. If it wasn’t for Sandi wanting us to at least look at this home we would’ve missed out on a gem. Thank you Sandi for your professionalism on the sale of our home and helping us find our forever home.
